Cecily Brown is a contemporary British visual artist who was born in 1969. Cecily Brown has had numerous gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Gagosian Gallery, Beverly Hills and at the Gagosian Gallery, New York (980 Madison Avenue). Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'The Pyjama Game' sold at Christie's New York 'Post-War & Contemporary Art Evening Sale' in 2007 for $1,608,000. There have been Numerous articles about Cecily Brown, including 'Review: Cecily Brown's paintings do not disturb' written by Leah Ollman for Los Angeles Times in 2013.
