Chris Verene is an American visual artist who was born in 1969. Chris Verene has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Postmasters and at the Photographs Do Not Bend Gallery. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Untitled ' sold at Phillips New York, Chelsea 'Saturday @ Phillips' in 2006. There have been Numerous articles about Chris Verene, including 'Art Review; A New Whitney Team Makes Its Biennial Pitch' written by Michael Kimmelman for New York Times in 2000.
