Ethel Mars was an American visual artist who was born in 1876. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Fourth of July' sold at Swann Auction Galleries 'American Art' in 2006. There have been Several articles about Ethel Mars, including 'Art in Review; 'Tres Complementaires'' written by Grace Glueck for New York Times in 2000. The artist died in 1956.
