Francois-Auguste Ravier was a French visual artist who was born in 1814. Francois-Auguste Ravier has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C.. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Etude de ciel au dessus d'une plaine' sold at Artcurial Briest-Poulain-F. Tajan 'Old Master & 19th century drawings' in 2010 for $6,809. The artist died in 1895.
