Fred Sandback has had numerous gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the The Art Institute of Chicago and at the Whitechapel Art Gallery. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including '4 WORKS: Untitled' sold at Christie's New York 'Post-War and Contemporary Afternoon Session ' in 2010 for $266,500. There have been Numerous articles about Fred Sandback, including 'The Banker Who Hunts Brain-Teasers' written by Kelly Crow for The Wall Street Journal in 2011. The artist died in 2003.
