 Gaetano de Simone (Italian, 1747 - Circa 1830)
Gaetano de Simone was an Italian painter who was born in 1747. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Portrait of a lady in Eastern dress, traditionally identified as Emma, Lady Hamilton' sold at Dreweatts, Donnington Priory 'Old Master & 19th Century Paintings' in 2011 for $14,132. The artist died in Circa 1830.
