Georg Tappert was a German visual artist who was born in 1880. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'DIE LOGE II' sold at Villa Grisebach Auktionen 'Selected Works & Contemporary Art' in 2010 for $855,633. There have been Several articles about Georg Tappert, including 'Quality matters at Ketterer Auction' written for MutualArt in 2011. The artist died in 1957.
