Hans Eworth was a Flemish painter who was born in 1515. Hans Eworth has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Tate Britain. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Portrait of Edward Seymour, Earl of Hertford' sold at Sotheby's London 'Old Master & Early British Paintings' in 2011 for $53,034. There have been Several articles about Hans Eworth, including 'Artistic relations: how family portraiture changed through the ages' written by Frances Spalding for The Guardian in 2011.
