Hans Richter was a German visual artist who was born in 1888. Hans Richter has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the The Museum of Modern Art and at the Museum Tinguely. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Testa 1' sold at Christie's South Kensington 'POST WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART' in 2006 for $31,504. There have been Numerous articles about Hans Richter, including 'Art in Review; Hans Richter (1888-1976)' written by Roberta Smith for New York Times in 2006. The artist died in 1976.
