Paul Klee was a Swiss visual artist who was born in 1879. Paul Klee has had numerous gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and at the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Tänzerin' sold at Christie's King Street 'Impressionist/Modern Evening Sale' in 2011 for $6,791,965. There have been Numerous articles about Paul Klee, including 'Where to Meet Some Angels' written by Rachel Wolff for The Wall Street Journal in 2011. The artist died in 1940.
