Peter Upward was an Australian visual artist who was born in 1932. Peter Upward has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the MINUS SPACE. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'October Still' sold at Bonhams Australia 'The Laverty Collection: Contemporary Australian Art' in 2013 for $139,353. There have been Several articles about Peter Upward, including 'Public Works: Peter Upward' written by Bronwyn Watson for The Australian in 2011. The artist died in 1983.
