Susan Catherine Moore Waters was a 19th Century American visual artist who was born in 1823. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'SQUIRRELS EATING STRAWBERRIES WATCHED BY A CAT' sold at Freeman's 'Fine American & European Paintings' in 2001 for $17,000.
