Susan Meiselas is an American photographer who was born in 1948. Susan Meiselas has had numerous gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the J. Paul Getty Museum at the Getty Center and at the International Center of Photography. Numerous works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Lena on the Bully Box, Essex Junction, VT from Carnival Strippers ' sold at Christie's New York 'PHOTOGRAPHS' in 2001 for $5,875. There have been Numerous articles about Susan Meiselas, including 'The Photojournalism Paradox' written by Richard B. Woodward for The Wall Street Journal in 2010.
