and enthusiasts. Once approved by MutualArt.com's Artists Selection Committee, exposure
is gained either by way of signing up to one of the promotion packages or via self-promotional
tools. Our advanced matching technology will help match your work to relevant members.
2. What is Facebook Connect?
Facebook connect enables Facebook members to log onto third-party websites, such
as MutualArt.com with their Facebook identity, providing a much quicker registration
process. Your personal details as they appear publicly on Facebook will become available
to MutualArt.com. If you do not have a Facebook account or do not wish to register
to the artist channel via Facebook, you can use the standard registration process.
3. Why do I have to choose an art category and artists that influenced me?
Filling out your art information will help us through your application approval
process. The more information we have pertaining to your art, the higher the chances
that it will be approved. If you are approved by our Artists Selection Committee,
your art information will enable us to match your profile with users' art preferences.
It will also allow users to find your art based on specific search criteria such
as art genres or artists with similar artistic portfolios.
4. Why do I need to upload a CV and keep it up-to-date?
Uploading your CV will help us through your application approval process, thus increasing
the chances that your application will be approved. Your CV is like your art business
card, which collectors will want to review to provide them with an in-depth look
at your career.

5. Why is my application being reviewed?
At MutualArt.com, we wish to ensure that a certain standard of artistic quality
is maintained. Reviewing each artist's application enables us to do just that.
6. How long does it take to review my application?
You will get an answer within a week. If you do not receive an email within 5 business

7. How will I know if my application has been approved or denied?
You will be notified via email of the committee's decision. If you do not receive

8. What is your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel your payment and Artist Channel account at any time.
Upon your cancellation you will not be charged any further and your account will
be closed. In order to cancel, simply contact us and we will remove your subscription
so you do not receive any future charges.
9. How can I communicate with my followers?
Your followers receive an alert every time your page is updated so you can easily
keep them in the loop of your current undertakings. Privacy is often important to
collectors and that is why their personal contact information is not shared. However,
they can easily reach you by clicking on the "Contact Me" button on your page.
