Same But Different

Mar 07, 2015 - Oct 25, 2015
Printmaking traditionally focuses on the production of multiple images that are the same, but the artists involved usually make variants of their images. This exhibition pairs closely related objects that reveal stages of the creative process and the evolution of artistic thoughts. Visitors will also see several of Mia’s remarkable new acquisitions, including masterpieces by artists such as Rembrandt, James McNeill Whistler, and Chuck Close.
