MutualArt.com does not accept returns for online subscription services. Upon termination
                of service, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. Monthly
                plan holders cancelling their subscription will not receive any pro-rated or credited
                amount. For yearly plans please see the details below. All sales are final -- the
                information and services provided by MutualArt.com are not returnable once access
                is granted. All date calculations are made on the basis of the Gregorian calendar.

                MutualArt.com provides users. If you have any questions, please contact customer
                support prior to registering and paying any membership fee. It will be assumed that
                once you have registered, you have accepted the policy herein.
                
                
            
            
                Premium Monthly Plan
            
                Your credit card will be charged with the monthly membership fee at the start of your
                membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly (31 day cycle)
                basis until you terminate your membership. So, for example, if you joined on May
                5 your credit card will be charged 31 days thereafter, in this case June 5th, and
                on July 6th on the following month and so on until you cancel your membership. You
                may cancel your membership by contacting us at 
                    support@mutualart.com at any time without incurring a cancellation fee.
                Upon canceling your membership, you will not incur additional fees and you will
                be able to make use of our Premium services until the end of the billing cycle.
                
                
            
                Premium Annual Plan
            
                Your credit card will be charged with the entire annual membership fee upon registration
                for membership. Thereafter, your credit card will be billed on an annual (365 day cycle) basis until you terminate your membership. You may cancel your membership
                by contacting us at 
support@mutualart.com
                at any time without incurring an additional cancellation fee. If you cancel your subscription
                within a period of 3 months from the commencement date (or extended subscription
                date) of your membership you will only be charged for the period that has lapsed on the
                cost basis of a monthly plan (a higher monthly subscription fee), and the outstanding
                balance will be credited to your card. If you choose to terminate your membership
                in the latter half of the subscription year then your subscription will terminate
                and you will incur no further fees, you will receive no credit to your account balance,
                and your subscription will be accessible through the end of the subscription period.
                
                
            
                VIP Art Services
            
                Timing for credit card charges will be the same as the annual
                plan listed above. You may cancel your membership by contacting us at 
                    support@mutualart.com at any time without incurring an additional cancellation fee.
                Subscribing for Premium VIP Plan involves services that are based on a yearly program,
                therefore your refund for the Premium VIP annual plan will be determined by taking
                the yearly subscription price that you actually paid, less the value of any services
                you consumed, at the rates listed 
here. Once your plan
                is cancelled, effective immediately, you will no longer have access to your subscription,
                or any benefits included.

MyCollection
			
			The fee for the MyCollection service is paid in advance on an annual basis and is non-refundable. Any requested cancellation shall become effective following the current annual billing period.
