Le Corbusier (1887–1965) was one of the most influential artists and architects of the 20th century. His multifaceted practice encompassed architecture, painting, drawing, sculpture and furniture design. As a pioneer of modernism, he combined clear geometric forms and functional architecture with a strong sensitivity to colour and art. The exhibition presents collages, drawings, prints and furniture, offering an insight into the close relationship between art, architecture and design in his work.
