The group exhibition at Ani Molnár Gallery presents different creative approaches related to the neoconceptual art of the Central and Eastern European region.
Emese Benczúr,
Tina Gverović, and the
artists Radenko Milak &
Roman Uranjek are all important artists of the contemporary European art scene, all of them were featured in national pavilions at the Venice Biennale at a point during their careers. Although they work with different mediums, the conceptual, critical, and often ironic tone with which they approach social issues such as politics, culture, history, or identity in their work are the same. / In addition to reflecting on a wide range of present-day phenomena, they also address questions revolving around the quintessence of art, and use the tool of medial self-reflection as well.
