Masterpieces XIX
For the Nineteenth consecutive year, Zamalek Art Gallery (ZAG) presents “ Masterpieces XIX”. The exhibition features an array of distinct sculptures and paintings by our most prominent artists and younger aspiring talents: An eminently pleasurable collection; a premiere display for our prominent artists, and an exclusive introduction of a renowned sculptor first exhibit in Egypt.
The Masterpiece as always is the highlight of all our artists best works and exhibitions in their different styles, schools and mediums yet alike in their originality, creativity and passion for the arts, giving our viewer a highly anticipated atmospheric exhibition.
In our summer collection, one is reminded that Art can truly be a majestic experience and a journey through the artists’ insight and imagination. Achieving this with ease and mastery are none other than our renowned artists who have been the pillars of Zamalek Art Gallery since its conception, such as Gazbia Sirry, Abdel Rahman El Nashar, Farghali Abdel Hafiz, Gamal El Sagini, Zeinab El Sageny, Mostafa Abdel Moity and Rabab Nemr, to name a few.
The 2020 Masterpieces XIX exhibits works for thirty nine of Egypt’s finest artists of the modern and contemporary art scene today. The exhibition includes 57 of their works -31 paintings and 26 sculpture and instillations.
